ProMark enables the company to collect validated time and attendance data with customer-specific setup of collective and company work agreements, including flexible handling of deviations. This forms the complete payroll basis for all types of employees. Thus, ProMark complements SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, by collecting and distributing exact payroll and absence related data – in real time.

From SAP HCM ProMark can receive employee master data, account balances and cost center information from SAP HCM and sends time and absence registrations back in return – without the need for custom programming.

In SAP SuccessFactors, tiles and web widgets can contain data from ProMark and SAP simultaneously. And employees can also get access to more advanced functionality such as their attendance plan, account balances, absence calendars, project data, approvals etc.

This reduces the manual routines in payroll calculation and errors in the transfer of data, increases efficiency and ensures compliance with regulatory and local agreements.


Whereas SAP plans the availability of resources and distributes production plans based on demand/orders at an overall level, ProMark tracks performance and progress in real time at a more detailed level.
