Leave the monitoring and support of your terminals – and rent the terminals
Quite soon, several of our customers will face planning an exchange of their old terminals or an expansion with more terminals. For a long time, we have been able to offer SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service); now we are making it really easy for our customers by launching HaaS – Hardware as a Service.
By entering into a HardwareService agreement you can leave the monitoring and support of your terminals and readers to us. As your terminals become in need of repair or break down, we make sure that the terminals are repaired or exchanged with a new terminal. The terminals can be rented from us so there is no large investment in such a modernisation. Similarly, you avoid having to take care of the daily monitoring and operation of terminals and equipment.
In order for us to be able to offer this service, we must have permanent access to your ProMark installation to be able to online access terminals and the ProMark server. If the problem cannot be fixed online, the agreement includes repair or replacement within 48 hours on weekdays.
The agreement is paid with a fixed quarterly amount. In addition, normal transportation and hours are invoiced if we need to be on-site. If the lease is to be terminated before the terminal has been rented for 3 years, there will be a remaining payment on each terminal.
With this new HardwareService you can also gather the whole ProMark universe in one full Solution as a Service agreement where all contact about ProMark is handled directly between superusers and Mark Information.
