Grafisk Maskinfabrik chooses ProMark

28/09/2016

The solution will give Grafisk Maskinfabrik an overview of which job each employee is working on and time consumption per job

Grafisk Maskinfabrik logoEarlier this month, Grafisk Maskinfabrik signed an agreement with Mark Information on the implementation of our ProMark Workforce Management solution.

The solution includes standard time & attendance registration for 60 hourly workers. Registrations will be made via ProPC, our Windows-based terminal for PCs or tablets. In addition, Grafisk Maskinfabrik has also chosen the ProJob module, a solution for optimising production processes by collecting critical production data, including time consumption on specific tasks.

"It was important for us to get an overview of which job each employee is working on and to gather time consumption per job. ProMark completely matched our requirements, without requiring any special adjustments, " says Hans Jørgen Schjøtt, CFO of Grafisk Maskinfabrik. "We will also get a system that we are not fully utilising from the start, so that we can develop the company within the context of ProMark".

The relation to Grafisk Maskinfabrik arose from a direct request from CFO Hans Jørgen Schjøtt, who is familiar with ProMark from his previous job.

"Customer satisfaction and loyalty are a key focus areas for Mark Information. The fact that customers like Grafisk Maskinfabrik turn to us to engage in a dialogue on a solution is a great recommendation and underlines that ProMark helps companies to achieve results by streamlining their processes and thereby improving their productivity, " says Jens Estrup, Deputy Director of Mark Information.

The project started with a site study in mid-September and the solution is expected to go live in October 2016.
