If you want a fairly simple solution with classic file integration, you must choose ProHost. ProHost is our well-known and well-proven integration method which works for the most common business systems.
ProHost ensures that data is transferred from one system to another e.g. via simple file exchange according to a specific format and by using specific drivers. Examples are transfer of employee payroll and absence data from ProMark to your payroll system in CSV file format or transfer of absence data to the Outlook calendar.
The method is simple to implement and configure according to your needs. It is the type of integration that requires the least technical assistance, and a task that most companies can handle internally.
ProHost is always an option, but can, however, lead to you ending up with an IT architecture where many systems are directly integrated with each other in comprehensive and complicated ‘spaghetti integrations’.
