From our main office in Lyngby, Denmark, Customer Care & Consulting supports all our customers – national and global companies primarily situated in the UK and Scandinavia. We have more than 1,000 customers and 300,000 daily users.

Customer Care is your daily contact centre handling enquiries on the phone or via mail and supporting our customers professionally in case of challenges in set-up and operation of ProMark as well as any other problems of a technical or hardware nature.

Services from our staff are rendered according to stipulations in the support and maintenance contracts. Read much more about this on our customer portal under Support & policies.
