With Mark Remote Support Hotline Support can do tasks ”online” quickly, simply and time-saving. Our consultants will be able to solve tasks that earlier required that they were ”on site”. You will save time and costs to pay for transportation.
Mark Remote Support enables our consultants to 'look you over the shoulder' when you have a problem you cannot solve yourself. The support consultant and the user will together examine and identify the errors, check the system configuration, make upgrades or solve other problems not covered by your maintenance agreement. You save a consultant visit and the task is solved quickly and cheaply.
Mark Remote Support requires no local installations just internet access.

Mark Remote Support is a supplement which can be added to your existing maintenance agreement. For an additional 5% in annual software maintenance fee, these advantages and savings can be yours.
