ProMark version 2.70 - New functionality and benefits
New ProJob functionality
| New feature | Explanation | Benefits |
| Possibility for job-in via employee's home work center | Shorter dialogue for employees always working in the same work center.ProMark automatically identifies the jobs applying to the specific employee's work center |
| Display of current job at clock-in (when using auto-job-in) | When clocking-in, the employee is automatically jobbed in on the operation from the previous workday, which is then displayed for information purposes. If necessary, the employee can change the job the usual way. If you were not jobbed-in, the job-in dialogue appears in continuation of the clock-in registration |
New status in Projob "Pre-released"
If you wish to transfer jobs from the ERP system, but avoid them being available at the terminals, they can now be marked with the status pre-released, in which case they are ready in ProMark, but blocked from input, until they are released by the foreman. Via central job registration in ProManagement it is very simple to release one or more operations in a single step |
| Post-registration | Simpler and easier distribution of work time on individual operations when making subsequent registrations. Time to be distributed is displayed and counted down as you enter time on different operations |
| Option to finish several operations at the same time | With central job registration you can now also report several operations finished simultaneously – not having to do them one by one |
ProTime functionality
| New feature | Explanation | Benefits |
| Restriction on use of absence reasons 12 05 18 37 |
You can now further restrict the selection of absence reasons so that some reasons are not available to certain departments or groups (though being available in general for their category) |
| Widening of the concept Continued Absence in absence transactions - 11 16 15 56 |
At data transfer to the payroll system, continued absence over rest days (weekends etc.) is marked as being one absence period. We already indicate to the payroll system when an absence period is continued from one period to the next . This ensures easier reporting of number and length of absence periods for each employee, and it enables control of seniority differences – as well as giving the correct data for calculations and official statistics |
| New absence/sickness functionality - 12 17 14 50 |
All day absence can be marked to automatically continue over rest days. Previously, the only option was to make real-time clock-in/clock-out registrations or enter a specific absence date |
Partial absence – now as a percentage
ProManagement functionality
| New feature | Explanation | Benefits |
| Personal operation list - 12 05 18 35 | Once jobs have been assigned to the individual employees, they can pull a personal operation list from the terminal – in planned order. |
| Optimization of performance in ProManagement | Considerably reduced time for retrieving data into ProManagement. |
Joined operations
If several operations are most easily run as one unit in connection with registration, they can be joined in ProManagement. When reporting back to the ERP/MRPII system, they are split up again to report back on all original operations or parts thereof |
| Workforce allocation on joining operation 12 16 15 45 |
A foreman can see the different operations under a joining operation in ProManagement, which helps him in planning and allocation of his workforce |
| Displaying standard times 12 16 15 40 |
To assist the planning and follow-up process, it is now possible to select standard times, planned numbers etc. in the fixed field columns in ProManagement Job |
| Operation workload | When operations run over a longer period of time, allocation of employee resources can be lengthy. Now you can let the ERP system download the workload of an operation split into shorter time frames. The allocation of employees can then be made for each time frame individually |
