With the use of ProManagement, you can plan the tasks of employees, workcentres and resources. The plans can be made on the basis of budgets or demand calculations from an MRP II or ERP system.
Staffing budgets can be dynamic, e.g. based on expected turnover or static like a production line requiring a certain manning with different qualifications.
Adjustment of Plans
Plans are displayed right next to the actual attendance and the results from the shop floor. Being an on-line system, real-time information is available instantly, which means a real possibility to react and adjust before deviations become disasters.
ProManagement has Three Modules
- ProManagement for ProTime is an attendance overview allowing you to effectively plan rosters, shift work, holiday plans etc. in a Gantt view with current T&A data at hand.
- Advanced rostering or HR scheduling is the advanced allocation of employees to a plan with cost calculations and down to the detailed scheduling on daily operations. All of it related to qualifications, manning budgets and financial key figures.
- ProManagement for ProJob receives continually updated production plans from the MRP II system. Individual jobs can be prioritized and planned for execution by certain employees and on specific production resources.
