With the use of the ProJect module as an additional option in your company's ProMark installation, you get a tool which makes it easy and clear to:

Simplicity and overview are both positive motivational factors for the individual employee. In a logical and clear manner, you can register and subsequently see how you time has been spent on different activities.
Information on the total time available is obtained from ProTime via the clock-in and out registrations.
In practice, this means that you define in ProTime which time is to be accounted for. You decide whether to include meeting activity etc. and to exclude absence time due to holiday, illness etc.
Updated and accessible knowledge
When using ProJect, you get updated and clear knowledge on time consumption, which is reported by the employee every day via his/her computer on the company network.
This up-to-date information can be used for reporting to all levels of the company - from the individual employee and up to the top management.
This permits you to closely follow up whether the projects are:
- delayed
- on schedule
- ahead of plan
ProJect is the tool for proactive action as opposed to reactive reaction.
General project management
The projects and its activities must be created in ProMark before you can register any time on them. Creation and change of projects can be done manually or automatically via information from a project management system, for instance.
