With mobile activity registration in ProMark, new parts of the company’s activities are rendered visible and can be compared to budgets/pre-calculations as well as to the activities taking place ”in-house”. Any employee with a mobile phone or PDA can now register their time spent – on specific orders, activities, projects or preparation and service.
Registration via PDA is quick as lightning and intuitive, and data is immediately available for planning and follow-up at the office.
It is possible to register:
- All attendance time or merely project time
- Continually as you change task or in one go e.g. at the end of the day.
WHICH PROJECTS, JOBS AND ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE
The possibilities presented to the employee on his mobile phone/PDA are determined by data and set-up in ProMark, and these may be orders and operations, current projects and activities or pre-defined fixed activities.
WHERE IS THE REPORTED DATA USED
Registered data and hours land in the category they came from, i.e. job orders or projects. From there they can be used for internal calculation of cost prices, follow-up on efficiency or external invoicing among other things.
COMBINE WITH TERMINAL, PORTAL ETC.
Employees registering via PDA are not excluded from using any other registration units such as the LAN-Touch terminal or ProMark Portal. All data is accepted on equal terms not matter which registration unit was used.
