Advanced Time & Attendance for mobile users
Mobile solution enables Advanced Time & Attendance registration in ProMark for mobile users.
The Advanced Time & Attendance feature key includes all the good features from Basic Time & Attendance and ads instant validation of the registrations. The registrations are immediately held up against the schedule for the employee and if any deviations - e.g. extra time, clock-in late, the mobile device will instantly and automatically ask for the related reason and thereby dramatically reduce administration, approvals and error correcting later in the process.
Beside instant validation, Advanced Time & Attendance gives access to register supplements and movements from one department to another (if registration feature keys for that is a part of the license). Additionally, the user can pull information about account balances and work hour schedule. In other words the Advanced Time & Attendance feature key allows the mobile user to operate full Time & Attendance registrations identical to ProMark’s ProTime module.
The employee will be able to register:
- Change department
- Select a supplement (amount of time supplement)
- Read employee information (accounts, holiday remaining etc.)
- Change day schedule
- Read work hour schedule
