Improved ProMark hotline support

We are continually striving to improve our service to our customers and ensure having the right expertise among our Hotline Consultants

From 1st January 2006, all ProMark hotline assistance is merged into one central unit in Denmark with 5 experienced and competent Consultants serving all our ProMark customers in Scandinavia and the UK.

The purpose of this change is to improve our service to all our customers in the form of better and faster reaction through improved capacity utilization and greater exchange of experience - we are making sure that we can offer the expertise our customers expect.

In this connection we are also extending our staff, and we are therefore happy to introduce our new colleague per 1 December 2005: Daniel Verhoeff.

Daniel is a qualified Data Engineer and Project Manager, and during his career he has worked in a number of areas within IT - first as a Consultant, then Development and product responsible at Pronyx Industry, and later as Technical level 2 telephone supporter with Xtra Source in Holland.

Support Manager Bo Køhlert says: "Daniel will add an international touch to our hotline team - being a Swede with a Finnish/Dutch background - and we are convinced that all our customers willl benefit from his thorough competencies with support and service from the IT business. 

And the changes made are part of the overall improvement of our hotline function, where we even expect to add another resource during the first half of 2006".
