Improved legislative compliance
The new release adds new features in ProReport II that will ease the administrative burden upon organisations following the introduction of the EU’s Working Time Directive. The new release allows companies to monitor and react to the workforce’s non-compliance with e.g. the 8- 11 or 48 hour rules.

Enhanced usability
We constantly try to improve the usability of ProMark and with this new release we have included a number of new features based on customer feedback and suggestions for improvements. Some of the new features are:
- The new feature “Day profiles with variable normtime interval” enables Day Profiles that do not have a fixed attendance profile. In some industries (e.g. Service) the employees does not have a day profile with fixed clock in and out, but rather an interval for clock in and out time. The new feature can reduce the number of Day Profiles significantly.
- In ProReport II you get more options to sort and group your reports, enabling you to make even more precise and relevant reports
- With the new 'Recurrence' function in ProReport you get the possibility to schedule reports on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis (a feature similar to that within Microsoft Outlook Calendar). With the export function to e.g. Microsoft Excel, you have the possibility to make automated daily updates of recurring reports
- When a PC-Mark terminal is configured as "Personal" the user login becomes easier, and the new feature enables centralized maintenance of ProMark (e.g. system updates) to multiple users at one time. The new feature reduces the ProMark maintenance considerably.
- The job reports have been improved, enabling you to calculate efficiency even though you do not register amounts when finishing a job. This will allow a greater insight into the planned versus actual time and costs used in the production
