ProMark System Consultant, Norway

Mark Information Norge is looking for a System Consultant who will report to the Head of Operations, ProMark.

Primary tasks will be to:

  • participate in pre-sales activities (answer requirement specifications, carry out product demonstrations and workshops, participate in pre-sales meetings and take part in sales promoting campaigns)
  • be responsible for implementation of ProMark projects (full responsibility for planning, execution and finishing of implementation as well as act as project and account manager. Installation of ProMark HW and SW and assistance for setting up test environment, training and finally make sure the project is signed off)
  • participate in up-sell activities (shared responsibility for reaching department goals, especially among own customers, and maintain high customer satisfaction among these).

Other tasks:

  • Help ensure an up-to-date customer and prospect database, relevant competitor and market information, and provide input for customer projects.
  • Specify requirements for new functionality or document errors in ProMark according to current routines. And assist in testing this.
  • Create user documentation and on-line help
  • Co-responsible for planning and executing customer arrangements

Competencies:

  • Experienced in industrial or administrative SW applications
  • Have a common understanding of the processes in a manufacturing company
  • Experienced in project planning including management, execution and follow-up on customer projects
  • Excellent knowledge of different Windows systems - rights, variables, mapping, protocol etc., some knowledge of relational databases, experience in CRM systems or other Office product
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
